The abductors of the former Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Victor Olabimtan who is also an APC governorship aspirant in Ondo State has contacted his family. The politician was kidnapped late in the evening on Sunday on his way to Abuja for a meeting. Family sources say the bad guys have demanded a ransom of N20 million before he would be released.
I hear Nigeria police say they are on top of the situation. I hope this won't be another Olu Falaye saga.
